Who we are

Velkron (“we”) operates velkron.xyz and provides AI-output verification services for regulated firms. For privacy matters, contact satyawansingh82@hotmail.com.

What we collect

Pilot request form: name, work email, firm name, jurisdiction, and any message you write. We use this solely to respond to your request and manage a potential pilot. Legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps (UK & EU GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), (f)).

Waitlist: your email and jurisdiction. We use these to notify you when access opens and to prioritise which rulebooks we build. You can leave the waitlist any time by emailing us.

Analytics: we use PostHog (EU-hosted) in cookieless mode to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate region, device type). No cookies or persistent identifiers are set, there is no cross-visit tracking, and session recording is disabled. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

Email: if you email us directly, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle it.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data or artefacts to train AI models. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Processors we use

Vercel (site hosting), Resend (transactional email for form submissions), PostHog (product analytics). Each processes data on our instructions under their own data-processing terms.

Retention

Pilot enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted. Analytics data follows PostHog's standard retention.

Your rights

Under UK and EU GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. Write to satyawansingh82@hotmail.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date below.
